My massage therapy practice has been evolving since 2011 to include an expanding list of tools and modalities that continue to inspire my work. I’m proud to offer my services here in Lincoln , Nebraska. I graduated from UCHA in Omaha with a strong foundation of Swedish massage and myofascial release. Each therapeutic bodywork session is adapted to treat the client for individualized care and lasting results - working with what the body needs that day.
