Healing from head to toe.

Massage News!

Hello hello from the depths of the summer heat! I hope you’re staying cool and hydrated these recent scorching days amidst enjoying some classic summer activities. I’m popping in with an overdue update about my massage offerings and some exciting new changes.

As many of you already know, I had to let my beautiful space at Milkweed go in May after a minor car accident and some mandatory time off from bodywork. All is well and I’ve healed up just fine, but having to put my massage practice on hold has left a huge question mark lingering as to when I would be back to bodywork and where?!

Thank you, first of all, for all of your patience and understanding as I’ve had to navigate these unforeseen changes. I was lucky that the accident was as minor as it was, and while my recovery was quick, moving during the busiest month of the year, and getting the next steps sorted has taken longer than I would’ve liked. To those of you who have checked in and offered well wishes these past couple of months, I really appreciate you!

Big Milestones- Big Changes!

This year marks 15 years since I started my massage practice in 2011. While I was hoping to celebrate this milestone this spring with a few changes to my offerings and a little party or something, life clearly had other plans. I’m thrilled about what’s ahead, though, and I really do feel like it’s going to be worth the wait!

Starting August 1st, I’ll be practicing massage as one of the stellar bodyworkers at Via Medical Massage. Joining this team is a really validating opportunity for me at this stage in my massage therapy career. The team at Via is one of the most educated and skilled groups of LMTs in Nebraska, and having my experience as a barefoot bodyworker featured among such a talented group of professionals is a pat on the back that I didn’t know that I needed, and one that’s hard to come by when you’re working as a “one-man-show”, if I may add.

Online booking for our new location is finally up- the link is live, now is the time! I’ll be working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons/evenings out of our new offices inside of Spine and Sports Chiropractic on 70th and Pioneers and I would be happy to get you booked for a session!

Her gorgeous apothecary is open in the Prescott neighborhood (and a little bird told me that you may even find henna there during Sunday Farmer’s Markets!) Be sure to stop by and check out the space and offerings.
